Women's Health Associates is a private practice located in the heart of downtown Monmouth, Illinois. Founded and led by Dr. Cathy Cook, a Doctor of Nursing Practice with over 30 years of experience! This practice was built on one simple belief: every woman deserves to feel like her best self.

For more than three decades, Dr. Cathy has cared for women in this community as a nurse, a Certified Nurse Midwife, and now as a specialist in hormone optimization and aesthetic wellness. She knows what it feels like when something is just off — and how life-changing it is when you finally get answers.
