Hormone care
Initial Consultation - $175Includes:
a thorough review of your health history.
an assessment to determine whether bioidentical hormone therapy is appropriate for you
a complete initial lab panel workup.
Hormone care
Hormone Pellet Insertion - $400Pellets are usually replaced every 3–4 months. Your treatment schedule will depend on your individual needs.
Before your second pellet insertion, a basic hormone lab panel is completed to help assess your dose.
This lab panel costs $50 and is separate from the $400 pellet insertion fee. Any additional lab testing carries an additional charge.
Hormone therapy
Follow Up for Other Hormone Therapy Options - $150If you use a method of hormone replacement other than pellets, the follow-up office visit fee is $150.
Insurance & Payment Options
Our office does not process or bill insurance companies. We are not credentialed with insurance companies and do not complete prior authorizations of any kind.
Payment plans are available through Cherry, subject to approval and applicable terms.
Jeuveau® Aesthetic Treatments
$12.50 per unitJeuveau is a neurotoxin treatment used to soften facial lines. The total cost depends on the areas treated and the number of units used.
The manufacturer currently offers a $40 coupon at the time of service. Offer availability and eligibility are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Calls and emails are generally returned on Tuesdays and Thursdays, our usual office days.
